This policy explains what personal data attasound.com collects and why.

Who is responsible

What is collected

• Purchases and free downloads: handled by Gumroad. When you buy a beat or download the free beat, Gumroad collects your email address, name and payment details. ATTA receives your name, email and what you bought, and never sees your card details. See Gumroad's privacy policy.
• Emails you send: kept only to answer you and handle your license.
• Visit statistics: Vercel Web Analytics counts page views without cookies and without identifying you.
• Hosting logs: Vercel, the site host, keeps standard technical logs such as IP addresses for security, for a short period.
• Videos: YouTube videos load only when you press play. YouTube may then set its own cookies.

Why it is used

• To deliver your files and license (contract).
• To send news about new beats, only if you signed up for them (consent). Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• To keep the site secure and see which pages work (legitimate interest).

Your data is never sold.

How long it is kept

Purchase records are kept as long as tax law requires, generally up to 6 years in Spain. Mailing-list data is kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, delete or export your data, or object to its use, by emailing 414theproject@gmail.com. You can also complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the AEPD.
