Beat license terms
Last updated 16 October 2026
These terms apply when you buy a beat from attasound.com. "Producer" means Ata Arslan, producing as ATTA. "You" means the artist buying the license. Your purchase receipt from Gumroad is your proof of license.

What every license includes
- You may record one new song over the beat and release it on streaming services, YouTube and social media, within your tier's stream limit.
- Your vocals and lyrics belong to you.
- Credit the producer as "Prod. ATTA" in the title or description wherever the song is published.
- The license starts when your payment completes and does not expire, unless you break these terms.
What is not allowed
- Reselling, sharing or giving away the beat or its stems, or using it in a sample pack or library.
- Registering the beat, or a song that uses it, with YouTube Content ID or any similar fingerprinting system under a non-exclusive license.
- Claiming you produced the beat, or registering it alone as your own composition.
- Using the beat in synced media for broadcast TV, film or paid advertising without a separate agreement.
Going over your stream limit
If your song passes the stream limit of your tier, upgrade to the next tier before it does. Email the producer and you pay only the difference in price.
Exclusive license
An exclusive license gives you sole use of the beat from the date of purchase. The beat is removed from the store and will not be licensed again. Licenses sold before your exclusive purchase stay valid within their own terms. The producer keeps the writer's credit and share as composer of the instrumental. Exclusive deals are confirmed in a short written agreement signed by both sides.
Ownership
Except under an exclusive agreement that says otherwise, the producer keeps all copyright in the instrumental. A Basic or Premium license gives you permission to use the beat; it does not transfer ownership.
